Carbon fiber sheet and plate components can be machined to your specified outline, hole pattern and mounting layout. Typical requests include brackets, frame plates, covers and equipment panels with custom slots, cutouts and assembly interfaces.
For shaped parts and tube-based components, share the 3D model, material requirements, visible surfaces and mating details. We review the manufacturing route, trimming, drilling and finishing needed for your design before confirming the quotation.
CFRP sheets, plates, tubes and specified laminates. Include thickness, material grade and laminate requirements where defined.
CNC cutting, trimming, drilling and specified openings. Countersinks, critical tolerances and mating features are reviewed from your drawing.
Edge finishing, appearance and assembly requirements. Specify matte or gloss surfaces, coating needs and any bonding or hardware details for review.
We can also quote CNC-machined aluminum parts, sheet metal mounts and stamped components to your drawings. Send the assembly drawing or BOM so the carbon fiber and metal parts can be reviewed together.

A sketch or photo is useful for an initial discussion. Include dimensions and requirements; a dimensioned drawing or 3D model helps us prepare a detailed quotation.
Lead time is confirmed after reviewing the material, geometry, tooling, machining, finishing and order quantity. Please include your required delivery date in the inquiry.
