Our ServiceHongming Sheng is a custom manufacturer, not a seller of standard ready-made enclosures. We fabricate AI server chassis, data center hardware, power supply housings, energy equipment enclosures and industrial metal boxes according to customer drawings, 3D models or reference samples.
Our engineers review the dimensions, material, openings, mounting features, assembly method and surface finish before proposing a suitable manufacturing route.

A drawing is preferred, but a sample, sketch or clear photos can also start the discussion. NDA support is available before file exchange.

Every server enclosure is produced to the customer's design. We review rack fit, ventilation paths, service access, structural support and assembly interfaces against the supplied files or approved sample before planning fabrication.

Developing an AI server or data center enclosure?
Leave your contact details and a short project description. Our team will contact you so drawings can be exchanged by email.
Power housings are manufactured to your drawings or an approved reference sample. Applications can include server power supplies, rack power systems, energy storage support equipment, PCS, inverters and industrial power controls. We evaluate mounting points, assembly access and airflow together with the relationship between openings, bends and fasteners.

If drawings are available, send PDF/DWG plus STEP or another 3D format. For AI and energy equipment, also identify airflow or cooling interfaces, cable and connector openings, mounting points, electrical clearance requirements and cosmetic surfaces. If you only have a physical sample, send clear photos and basic requirements first; dimensions and construction details must be confirmed before production.

We also build wall mount housings, control boxes and equipment covers to customer specifications. These are not fixed catalogue products: size, material, internal layout, openings, finish and quantity are determined by your drawing or approved sample.

Email your PDF/DWG and 3D file, or photos and details of the sample you want us to evaluate. Please include the application—such as AI server, data center power, energy storage, inverter, EV charging or industrial equipment—together with the material, finish, quantity and critical fit, assembly or cooling requirements.
