Define the Part Before Planning the Tooling

Our engineering review considers material, thickness, formed features, and order quantity together. This helps clarify tooling requirements, inspection priorities, and the production scope before quotation.

| Material Grade | Stainless steel, aluminum, copper, or another specified metal. Include the grade and material condition where applicable. |
| Sheet Thickness | Confirm nominal thickness and any thickness-related fit or forming requirements. |
| Part Features | Define profiles, holes, slots, bends, tabs, and critical dimensions. Identify burr limits or permitted burr direction. |
| Production Quantity | Provide the sample quantity, batch size, and expected repeat demand to help evaluate the tooling approach. |
| Finish & Appearance | Specify coating, surface condition, cosmetic faces, and any masking requirements. |
Check the drawing revision and forming feasibility. Clarify dimensions or features that may affect manufacturing.
Agree on the tooling scope and sample approval requirements before releasing the production batch.
Manufacture to the approved specification. Check critical dimensions, formed features, burrs, and surface condition against the agreed inspection plan.
Arrange packaging to protect edges, formed features, and finishes, with labeling and shipment details matched to the order.
Automotive: Mounting brackets, support plates, and formed frame components.
Electronics: Connector components, enclosure parts, and perforated metal covers.
Industrial equipment and appliances: Machinery brackets, internal supports, and protective panels.
Send your drawing or CAD file together with material, thickness, quantity, finish, critical tolerances, and target delivery date. Include sample approval or inspection report requirements where needed.
