For a brushed stainless steel bracket, the team first confirms material grade, thickness, grain direction, bend radius, critical dimensions and cosmetic face.

The blank is laser cut, formed with suitable tooling, deburred and brushed in the specified direction. Hole positions, bend angles, overall size and visible surfaces are then checked against the approved drawing.

Actual tolerances and inspection methods depend on the part geometry and must be agreed during quotation.
