Hongming Sheng manufactures custom CNC machined parts for prototypes, equipment assemblies and repeat production. Our scope includes 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling, turning and specified secondary operations.
Send your drawings, material grade, quantity and finish requirements. We review the machining features, critical dimensions and inspection needs before confirming the quotation and delivery schedule.

| CNC Milling | 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling for specified profiles, pockets, holes and mounting interfaces. |

| Secondary Operations | Surface grinding, wire EDM and EDM drilling requirements can be reviewed with the part geometry and manufacturing scope. |
| Material Scope | Aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, titanium and engineering plastics. Please specify the exact grade and material requirements. |
| Tolerance Review | Critical tolerances such as ±0.01 mm are reviewed against the material, part geometry and inspection method before confirmation. |
| Order Quantities | From 1-piece prototypes to repeat production. Batch quantities and delivery schedules are confirmed during quotation. |
Specify the required surface treatment, color, roughness and cosmetic areas. Anodizing, plating, brushing, powder coating or other finishes are reviewed for the selected material and application.
Mark critical dimensions, threads, hole positions and mating features on the current drawing. Include any required inspection records and sample approval requirements.
