Welding & Bending

CNC BENDING · TIG/MIG WELDING · ASSEMBLY
Custom bent and welded metal assemblies built to your drawings

Hongming Sheng manufactures brackets, frames, housings, cabinets and structural assemblies from customer drawings, 3D files or approved samples. We support prototypes, low-volume builds and repeat production.

Before production, our engineers review material, thickness, bend geometry, joint design, weld requirements, assembly dimensions and surface finish to establish a practical manufacturing route.

Welding and Bending Capabilities

CNC Bending

Formed panels, brackets, covers and cabinets with bend sequence and tooling selected around the part geometry.

Welding

TIG, MIG and robotic welding where the geometry and production quantity make automation practical.

Tube & Pipe Forming

Pipe or tube bending can be evaluated according to diameter, wall thickness, bend radius and end-feature requirements.

Joining & Hardware

Spot welding, riveting, threaded inserts, studs and related assembly operations can be incorporated into the process.

Finishing

Grinding, polishing, powder coating, painting, plating, anodizing and other finishes are reviewed by material and use.

Complete Assemblies

Fabrication, fit-up, hardware installation, inspection, protective packing and shipment preparation from one supplier.

What We Review for CNC Bending

  • Material grade, temper and sheet thickness
  • Inside bend radius, flange height and bend angle
  • Hole-to-bend distance and relief requirements
  • Grain direction, springback and cosmetic surfaces
  • Tool access, bend sequence and collision risk

What We Review for Welding

  • Joint type, material combination and thickness
  • Weld symbols, locations, size and appearance criteria
  • Fixture access and datum strategy
  • Heat input, tack plan and welding sequence
  • Grinding, sealing and post-weld finishing needs
Controlling welding distortion starts before welding. Joint design, fixture location, tack spacing, clamping, balanced weld sequence and heat control all affect the final assembly. Critical dimensions should be identified on the drawing so they can be checked after fabrication.

Workshop and Process Examples

Materials, Inspection and Finishing

Materials & Secondary Work

  • Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum
  • Copper, brass and other materials after process review
  • Grinding, deburring and surface preparation
  • Powder coating, painting, plating and anodizing
  • Hardware installation, assembly and custom packing

Dimensional & Visual Checks

  • Bend angle, flange position and hole patterns
  • Assembly size, flatness and mounting datums
  • Weld location, continuity and agreed appearance
  • Fit checks for mating parts and installed hardware
  • Additional tests or reports when agreed before quotation
