Define the Assembly Before Production

A welded assembly needs more than an overall size. The drawing should explain how the parts connect, which dimensions matter after welding, and what condition the finished assembly must be supplied in.

Project Review and Production Checkpoints

01. Confirm the Drawing Revision

Send the current 2D drawing and 3D model where available. Our engineers can clarify missing joint details, assembly requirements and inspection expectations before finalizing the fabrication route.

02. Review a Prototype or Initial Sample

For a new design, an initial sample can help confirm fit, weld appearance and assembly sequence. Approved changes should be recorded in the drawing before repeat production begins.

03. Agree on Inspection and Packing

Dimensional checks, visual weld inspection and reporting should follow the agreed project scope. Specify any additional testing or documentation during quotation, together with packaging requirements for finished surfaces and shipment.

Quotation timing, prototype lead time and production delivery are confirmed after reviewing the drawings, material, quantity and finishing requirements.
