Materials: SUS304, SUS316 and other specified stainless steel grades, subject to project review.
Welding: TIG and MIG welding for stainless components and assemblies, with the process selected according to the drawing and joint requirements.
Part Types: Equipment enclosures, welded frames, support brackets and custom stainless assemblies.
Surface Work: Polishing and passivation according to the agreed specification. Identify visible surfaces and the required appearance before quotation.
Order Scope: Prototype samples, low-volume fabrication and repeat batch production.
| 01 | Joint Requirements Mark weld locations, weld sizes and any joint acceptance requirements on the drawing. Confirm whether welds are to remain visible or receive specified finishing. |
| 02 | Dimensions and Assembly Fit Identify critical mounting faces, hole positions and mating interfaces. Define which dimensions must be checked on the completed welded assembly. |
| 03 | Surface and Inspection Scope Specify polishing, passivation, visible-surface requirements and inspection documents. Any additional weld testing should be defined and confirmed as part of the project scope. |
With 12+ years of stainless fabrication experience, our team can review the drawing, welding requirements, finish and inspection scope before manufacturing. Quotation and lead time are confirmed according to the part structure and order requirements.
For prototype projects, your team can check the sample against the mating equipment and report any required changes. Drawing revisions and acceptance requirements should be agreed before the next production stage.
For repeat orders, we work to the approved specifications and perform the agreed dimensional and appearance checks. Packing and delivery requirements can be included in the quotation.
