Hongming Sheng provides carbon fiber CNC machining and fabrication according to customer drawings and 3D models.
We support CNC cutting, trimming, drilling, edge finishing, dimensional inspection and assembly for prototype and batch production.
Carbon fiber components may require secondary machining after forming. We machine the final profiles, openings and mounting features according to approved CAD files and drawings.

After machining, parts can be cleaned, deburred, manually finished and inspected according to the drawing. Checks focus on critical dimensions, hole locations and assembly features before assembly or packing.

Production support covers machining, inspection, manual finishing, component assembly and protective packaging. The production route is adjusted for part geometry, quantity and end-use requirements.
