Copper Cold Plates & Thermal Channels

Copper cold plates transfer heat from GPUs, CPUs and high-power modules to circulating coolant. We support machining of internal cooling channels, sealing surfaces and mounting features for AI server and high-performance computing projects.

Channel dimensions, contact surface flatness and interface geometry are controlled according to the approved drawing.

Board & Rack Integration Interfaces

Cooling interfaces, mounting parts and thermal subassemblies can be manufactured for board-level installations and rack-level liquid cooling systems.

We review component fit, mounting positions and available installation space with customers to support compact server layouts.

Heat Sink Assemblies for Hybrid Cooling
