A complete enclosure drawing connects the external panel layout with the internal device assembly. Identify the following details so they can be reviewed together.
| Ports and Cutouts | Provide connector outlines, antenna positions, SIM access and panel opening dimensions. Include the reference dimensions used to locate each feature. |

| PCB and Module Mounting | Specify mounting plates, brackets, threaded points and component clearances. Share the internal layout when several modules occupy the same housing. |
| Grounding and Shielding | Identify grounding points and any shielding-related features or surface requirements. These details can be reviewed as part of the mechanical fabrication scope. |
| Cooling and Cable Routes | Show the specified ventilation openings, cable paths and installation clearances. Confirm their positions against the actual equipment layout. |
Covers and Service AccessScrew-assembled covers or snap-fit features can be reviewed against your enclosure drawing. Surface FinishOptions include black anodizing for aluminum and textured powder coating. Prototype review can focus on panel alignment, module fit, cover access and the selected finish. Send any assembly feedback with an updated drawing revision so changes can be reviewed before the next production stage.
For repeat orders, confirm the approved revision, quantity, inspection requirements and packing specification. Our team can recommend fabrication and packaging options suited to the housing structure and delivery requirements.
