Internal Fit & Assembly	Visible Surfaces & Details
Component positioning Prepare internal supports, mounting holes, and port cutouts around the actual electronics and connector layout. Fastening and service access Review tapped holes, countersinks, studs, and removable panels against sheet thickness and assembly requirements. Critical interfaces Identify the hole positions, panel alignment, and mating dimensions that need particular inspection attention.	Appearance requirements Mark exposed faces and specify color, texture, grain direction, or other cosmetic details on the drawing. Edge treatment Include deburring and any required chamfers to support handling, assembly, and the intended appearance. Finish and identification Select powder coating or material-compatible anodizing. Define logo locations, laser marking, and any areas that require masking.

Confirm the Sample, Then Define Repeat Production

Prototype review can check component fit, cover removal, cable access, and finish before a larger order. Approved changes should be recorded in the drawing revision and carried into the production and inspection requirements.

The fabrication route may combine cutting, bending, feature machining, joining, and finishing. Material, geometry, quantity, and inspection scope are reviewed before quotation and lead time are confirmed.

Send your 2D drawing or 3D model, material grade, sheet thickness, quantity, finish, and target delivery date. Add the internal component layout, critical interfaces, and assembly requirements where available.
