Enclosure design changes with heat load, installation environment, service access and internal component layout. We focus on application-specific structures rather than generic empty boxes.
Server chassis, PSU housings, rack structures, ventilation panels and hardware supports.
Battery-system housings, inverter covers, power-module enclosures and control cabinets.
Device housings, communication chassis, network equipment cases and mounting panels.
Machine covers, control boxes, equipment frames and welded protective assemblies.
Laser cutting and punching create profiles, ventilation openings, connector cutouts and mounting features.
Bend sequence, inside radius, hole position and panel fit are reviewed for stable forming and assembly.
TIG/MIG welding, spot welding, fasteners, inserts and other joining methods are selected around the structure.
Secondary CNC machining, drilling, tapping and countersinking support precision interfaces where required.
Powder coating, anodizing, plating, brushing or polishing can be specified according to material and use.
Hardware, panels and subassemblies can be checked against approved drawings before protective packing.
