Custom stamping is most valuable when a part needs repeatable geometry, production efficiency and a process designed around its functional requirements.
Tooling is developed around the required holes, bends, ribs, tabs, profiles and other formed features.
Dedicated dies can support consistent cutting and forming sequences when production volume justifies tooling.
Tapping, welding, inserts, plating, coating and assembly can be planned around the stamped component.
Suitable for simpler cutting or forming operations, prototypes and production quantities where a progressive tool may not be justified.
