From Drawing to Stamped Terminal

   Die Design & Process Planning

   Review terminal geometry, contact features and dimensions, then plan customized tooling for the agreed material and thickness.

2. 02

   Stamping & Trimming

   Feed the metal strip through the agreed stamping sequence, using progressive tooling where specified, then trim excess material.

3. 03

   Dimensional & Visual Inspection

   Check critical dimensions and surface condition against the agreed drawing and inspection criteria.

Material Specifications for Review

• Copper Confirm copper grade, temper, thickness and surface finish against the specified electrical and environmental requirements.
• Brass Confirm alloy grade, forming requirements, mechanical strength and electrical performance for the terminal design.
• Steel Components Where steel is specified, review the mechanical function, protective finish and assembly requirements.
