01 PCB Mounting

Position standoffs, studs, threaded holes, internal plates and brackets according to the board layout and fixing points.

02 Connector Openings

Coordinate power, signal, network, USB and switch cutouts with component geometry, mounting details and installation clearance.

03 Power Supply Area

Define mounting plates, support brackets and the space required for power modules, transformers and associated hardware.

04 Ventilation Features

Include fan openings, ventilation slots, perforations and filter mounting areas where specified by the equipment design.

05 Cable Routing

Review pass-through positions and internal clearance together with the PCB, connectors and cable installation path.

06 Grounding Interfaces

Locate grounding studs and specified conductive contact areas according to the assembly drawing, including coating masking requirements.

Laser Cutting / Punching

Housing profiles, connector cutouts, ventilation areas and mounting holes.

CNC Bending

Main enclosure bodies, removable covers, internal brackets and support panels.

Joining & Assembly

Welding, riveting, clinching or mechanical fastening according to the approved drawing.

Hardware Integration

Studs, inserts, nuts, hinges, screws and other customer-specified components.

Surface Finishing

Powder coating, anodizing, brushing, plating or other specified treatments, reviewed for compatibility with the material and assembly requirements.
