A distribution box can combine fabricated panels with repeated stamped parts. The examples below show typical components reviewed under each route.

The final process is selected for each part after reviewing its geometry, material, quantity, tooling requirements and expected design revisions.
Stamping can suit repeat components when the geometry is appropriate for tooling and the order requirements support the tooling investment.
Laser cutting, punching and bending can provide flexibility for lower-volume panels or designs that are still being revised.
