Custom 6U–18U rack enclosures for telecom, energy and outdoor equipment
Hongming Sheng manufactures wall-mounted and equipment rack enclosures according to customer drawings, 3D files, technical requirements or approved samples. Projects can include 6U, 9U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U configurations.
Our engineers review the rack layout, loading, cable access, sealing, ventilation or cooling, mounting method and finish before proposing a fabrication route.

Designing for Outdoor and IP65 Requirements
Water and Dust Control
Continuous door gasket and controlled compression
Drip edges, rain protection and protected cable entry
Welded seams or sealed joints where required
Appropriate glands, plugs and interface sealing
Drainage or condensation strategy when applicable
Mechanical Construction
Internal 19-inch rails and adjustable mounting features
Reinforced wall-mount points and equipment supports
Hinges, locks, grounding studs and removable panels
Cable routing, service access and assembly clearances
Flat-pack or detachable structures where practical
Important: IP65 is a performance requirement, not only a cabinet appearance. The enclosure, gasket, cable entries, vents and installed accessories must be considered as a complete system. Required ingress testing and acceptance criteria should be confirmed before quotation and production.
Cooling, Finish and Equipment Integration
Thermal Management
Depending on heat load and environment, a project may require a sealed cabinet, filtered ventilation, fan trays, heat exchangers, air-conditioning interfaces or liquid-cooling related components.
Provide equipment heat output, ambient temperature and installation conditions so the thermal approach can be reviewed.
