Application and service conditions: Identify the intended contents, operating conditions, installation environment and required tank arrangement so the material and fabrication scope can be reviewed.
Welds and inspection: Mark weld locations, joint details, critical dimensions and inspection requirements on the drawing. Include any required test procedures, acceptance criteria or documentation in the RFQ.
Delivered scope: Confirm whether the order covers the fabricated body only or also includes covers, brackets, support frames, connection fittings and assembly work.
Packing and installation: Include shipping size limits, mounting points and handling requirements. Removable supports or bolted components can be reviewed where the design allows.
