| Laser Cutting | Sheet and plate thicknesses from 0.2 to 20 mm can be reviewed according to material, geometry and cutting requirements. |
| CNC Punching | Hole patterns, slots, ventilation features and repeated sheet metal openings. |
| CNC Bending | Panels, housings, covers and brackets. Bend lengths up to 4 m are subject to material, thickness and geometry review. |
| Welding | TIG, MIG and spot welding, selected according to the aluminum, stainless steel or carbon steel assembly requirements. |
| Secondary Machining | Critical machined features can be reviewed for tolerances down to ±0.01 mm, depending on material, size, geometry and inspection requirements. |
| Hardware Installation | Self-clinching nuts and studs, rivets, threaded inserts and customer-specified hardware. |
| Assembly | Fabricated part assembly, hardware fitting, dimensional checks and packaging according to the agreed project scope. |
For a useful manufacturing review: identify critical dimensions, bend details, weld requirements, mating interfaces and inspection criteria on your drawing.
304, 304L, 316, 316L, 430 and 201, according to the specified grade and project requirements.
5052, 5083, 6061, 6063, 6082 and 7075. Grade and condition are reviewed against the forming and machining requirements.
SPCC, SECC, Q235 and A36, including specified cold-rolled or hot-rolled materials. Please identify the required sheet condition and coating.
C110 and C101 copper, together with brass grades defined on the drawing, for suitable fabricated components.

Yes. NDA support is available for customer drawings, designs and technical specifications.
STEP/STP, IGS/IGES, DWG, DXF, PDF, SLDPRT and STL files can be sent for review. Dimensioned 2D drawings should identify critical requirements.
Yes. Fabricated part assembly, hardware fitting and packaging can be included according to the agreed scope. Please specify supplied components and inspection requirements.
