From drawing review to finished components—one coordinated manufacturing route
We manufacture brackets, panels, enclosures, frames and formed parts according to customer drawings for industrial equipment, electronics, automation and energy applications.
Material selection should consider strength, weight, corrosion exposure, conductivity, forming conditions and surface-finish requirements.
Check geometry, material, tolerances, cosmetic areas and assembly interfaces.
Use laser cutting, CNC punching, stamping or bending according to the part.
Integrate welding, riveting, hardware insertion and mechanical assembly where required.
Apply the specified finish and inspect drawing-defined features before shipment.
Laser cutting and CNC punching
Precision bending and metal stamping
TIG, MIG and spot welding
Riveting and hardware installation
Tapping, countersinking and machining
Powder coating, anodizing, plating and brushing
Not every feature requires the same tolerance. Our team reviews critical dimensions, bend conditions, hole locations, mating surfaces and cosmetic requirements before confirming the process.
