Define the Connection Interface

Cell, module, cable or busbar interface

Mounting geometry, hole pattern and available space

Crimp, welded, screwed or stud connection

Required serviceability and assembly sequence

Select Material and Surface Condition

Copper: commonly selected where electrical conductivity is important

Brass: combines conductivity with mechanical strength and formability

Aluminum or specified alloys: reviewed according to the drawing and connection design

Tin or nickel plating: applied where the project specifies contact or corrosion protection

Build and Review the Prototype

Prototype parts can be used to check dimensions, fit, assembly access and the selected joining method. Electrical or environmental performance requirements should be defined by the customer so the appropriate validation plan can be agreed.

Prepare for Repeat ProductionConfirm drawing revision and approved sample
Set tooling and forming route
Define critical dimensions and inspection method
Coordinate deburring, plating, cleaning and packaging
Retain approved production information for reorders

Send 2D/3D drawings, material, thickness, quantity or annual forecast, joining method, plating requirement, critical dimensions and any project-specific electrical or mechanical requirements.
