3. Tooling and Process ReviewWe evaluate the stamping route, die structure, tolerances and secondary processes.
4. Sample ConfirmationTooling trials and sample inspection provide a basis for production approval.
5. Repeat ProductionConfirmed requirements are applied to batch manufacturing and final inspection.
Engineering and Quality Support
Before production, our team can review bend radii, hole-to-edge distances, forming depth, tolerances, burr direction, surface finish and assembly-related features.
Inspection requirements are established according to the approved drawing, sample and order specifications. Material certificates or inspection records can be discussed when required.
